It includes: 4 lbs. of steaks (approximately 8, Rib-eye, NY Strip and Sirloin) (excludes filet) 6 lbs. of roast (3 roasts) 4 packs of patties (8 total) 7 lbs. of ground beef (approximately) All of our beef is USDA inspected, vacuumed packed and frozen for freshness. Packages are sold by weight. Each package will vary slightly in weight. Steak and roast selections are based upon availability.
